Sweet and Sour Quail Egg

Ingredients:-
• 1 can Quail Egg (available in Asian grocery)
• ½ brown onion / red onion
• 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
• 1 red capsicum, cut square 2cm
• 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
• 2 tbsp oyster sauce
• ¼ tsp sugar
• 200ml water
• 2 tbsp cooking oil
• Salt and pepper to taste


Method:
1.Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in the pan on medium high to high heat. Stir fry onion and garlic until aromatic. Add in capsicums and stir fry until softened.

2.Add in quail eggs and mix well.

3.Stir in tomato ketchup, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir fry for about 3 minutes.

4.Finally, pour in water, cook and simmer until the water reduced or slightly thicken.

*may add some fresh cut chilies*
